At The Pond Guy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your water feature; if a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure items are in their original packaging and include all components to qualify for a standard return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer service team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the unused items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, parts, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided shipping label or your own carrier label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and processes your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
